• Question: how long until we will all be sucked into a black hole?

      I can’t give you an exact date but I can say not in our lifetimes!

      The good news is that time slows down the closer you get to a black hole so as we get sucked in we’ll have longer to think of a way to get out it

      And further to Thomas’ answer, I think we are due to be burnt to a crisp as our sun starts to die out well before we get near a black hole. But we still have a few billion years before we need to worry about that.

      A loooonnnnggggg time! And as Elliot says, someone else will probably happen to the earth before then anyway!
