Question: can you cure your self of radiation fever

The fever after being exposed to radiation is your body reacting to the damage that was caused. Your body assumes that the damage was likely due to infection so it starts a fever to fight it off. But there is no infection so the fever keeps going until your body heals.

So in a way the fever is your body trying to cure itself, as long it is kept under control then the body will recover.
