Question: as you make mutants do you think that a zombie apocalypse is ever possible?

I think it is more likely that a parasite or disease could make something like a zombie apocalypse happen, rather than mutations. Parasites can make animals change their behaviour to make the parasite more likely to spread and survive. There are a few cool examples on this website:

So I think that this kind of thing is possible to happen with humans – a parasite that turns us into a zombie and spreads by the zombies biting the poor survivors. I don’t think any parasite like that exists, thankfully! I hope you don’t plan to make one in the future?!
