Question: how to peoples teeth get bent?

I used to have bent teeth because I used to suck my thumb when I was little. The pressure from this over a long period of time can move your teeth to make them crooked. Sometimes, the teeth don’t have enough room to grow and will push against each other which can make them wonky too.

The same thing happens when you wear braces, but in that case they are made to apply pressure that puts them in the right place.
